  • Cancellation Time: Orders can be canceled within 10 minutes of placing the order. After this window, the preparation process begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.

  • Quality Concerns: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the food, please contact us within 30 minutes of receiving the order. Refunds will be processed based on the nature of the concern and after an investigation.
  • Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items
